Sneakals 101

  • Works on all colors. If using a light or white Sneakal over a colored sneaker, some of the color may show through the Sneakal.
  • Works on leather, rubber, plastic, canvas, knits, suede, and more! They adhere differently to these materials, so you will need to test its longevity on each item you intend to apply them to.
  • Applying Sneakals to parts of the sneaker that creases will eventually lead to cracking. We recommend if applying Sneakals to the toe area, use some type of device that prevents creasing.
  • Although Sneakals are waterproof, contact with water may compromise the strength of adhesion. When lighter colored Sneakals are applied to darker colored objects, it may apprear to become translucent when wet. The color will return once dry.
  • You can use a heat gun in place of the hair dryer, but make sure to use the heat gun on its lowest setting.
  • If you decide to remove your Sneakals, make sure to heat the Sneakals first with a hair dryer then peel off. Use acetone to remove any adhesive residue.
